A friend turning the big 4-0 is such a special occasion, and what better way to celebrate than a ladies trip to a fancy resort? Lots of food, drink, and pool time, but we also spent an hour paddleboarding on the lake. What an amazing experience?! The highlight though was definitely the headstand I did at the end of the session!
